Customer Service for the investor
gb GreekBlue / domus inc. includes the following services to investors
- More information on each property chosen by an investor from the gb GreekBlue website.
- Market research for finding properties in accordance with an investor's specifications.
- More specialized information regarding the rules applicable to investment in Greece.
- Organization and scheduling of an investor's transportation and accommodation in Greece.
- Investor escorted by an gb GreekBlue / domus inc. employee or partners to show him/her the properties.
- Communication between domus inc. and owners or their representatives to arrange a meeting with an investor.
- domus inc. or the sellers provide an investor with all documents accompanying each property after the investor has visited the properties and chosen appropriate ones.
- domus inc. negotiates selling prices after an investor has visited the properties and chosen appropriate ones.
- Notifying to an investor specialized gb GreekBlue / domus inc. partners, such as lawyers, tax experts, architects, engineers, contractors / developers, bankers, translators and many other professions useful for the development or purchase of a property. gb GreekBlue / domus inc. provides an investor with the names of its partners, and the investor contacts them directly. gb GreekBlue / domus inc. does not act as a intermediary in the agreements reached between an investor and a gb GreekBlue / domus inc. partner.
domus inc. / gb GreekBlue does not charge its foreign buyers with any fee for the provision of its consulting services or for the purchase of a real estate. The only amount with which our foreign customers will be charged is the travel expenses of domus inc. personnel from Athens to any other part of Greece in order to accompany them and present the properties for sale. If the customer buys one of the properties that are presented by domus inc., then he will receive a full refund of the above mentioned travel expenses.
An investor will have to pay travel expenses to domus inc. on the day of his/her arrival in Greece. By way of exception, if an investor wishes to visit the properties using a helicopter, then he/she will have to deposit the money to a domus inc. bank account one month in advance.
This agreement is not valid for Greek Citizens or for those of Greek Nationality.

Other useful information
In some special cases, we provide the costumers with the journey from Athens to the property on sale by helicopter. That is the reason why we would like you to inform us for your arrival a month in advance.
Our Fleet
gb GreekBlue operates four helicopters of two different types, which are capable of accommodating all types of flight services.
BELL430
This is a twin turbine VIP helicopter which can carry between 6 to 8 passengers and two pilots plus baggage.

Cruising speed 140.
It has a comfortable air-conditioned leather seating interior, making it one of the best helicopters in its class, ideal for long distance flights or large passenger loads.
AS 355N (Eurocopter)
This is also a twin turbine VIP helicopter with a capacity of 4 to 5 passenger plus baggage.
Flight endurance 3:20 h.
Cruising speed 120.
The twinstar is a versatile machine that can be configured to meet most flight demands from VIP transportation to photo shoots.
